The area around the apartment is dominated by the walls around Buckingham Palace and its extensive grounds. You are very close to Victoria Street, where you will find a House of Fraser department store, high-end shopping, a range of restaurants, coffee shops and even 3 theatres, as well as Victoria Station. You are also at the edge of Belgravia in Eaton Square; Belgravia is one of central London’s most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by many embassies, top hotels and more. It is an area largely unspoilt by modern development and maintaining many of the original Georgian houses which give it its unique character and atmosphere. This stunning duplex apartment is very spacious at 1395 square feet or 129.6 square meters. It is accessed via a lift from the Ground Floor which takes you to the 3rd floor and a flight of stairs to the 4th floor entrance. The apartment is located at the top of the building in a mansard which means many of the rooms feature sloping walls giving it an almost Alice in Wonderland feel without detracting at all from the very substantial size. There is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.
On the 4th floor, you will find the large, stylish carpeted Lounge and Dining Area with large windows all around offering amazing views. There is a very large ‘L’ shaped sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and an elegant dining table which comfortably seats 6. Modern whitewood flooring looks beautiful as well as making the floor warm to walk on. There is also an additional toilet on this floor which is very handy for larger families or when you have guests.
The spacious kitchen is next door and is very well equipped with 4-ring gas hob, built-in oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle along with all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils and pans that you will need during your stay as well as ample workspace to prepare any meal.

A quality floor mattress can be provided for a 7th guest and setup in the Second Bedroom or Lounge.
When it comes to eating out, you are totally spoilt for choice in this area. The coffee shops and restaurants of some of London’s top hotels are moments from your apartment, whilst restaurants of every type of cuisine can be found in Victoria. A Waitrose supermarket is 4 minutes’ walk away in Bressenden Place, with a wide range of all of the foods that you are likely to need during your stay. There are 2 restaurants on the opposite corner from the apartment – the Mango Tree and Noura (Lebanese). A short walk away up Victoria Street the range widens with a Wagamama, Zizzi and more in Cardinal Place.
