Just 3 minutes’ from Sloane Square tube station and surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops in the very fashionable and exclusive residential area of Chelsea, this is a superb base for a holiday or vacation stay for a family or a group of 2 couples or for a business stay for one person possibly wanting to entertain colleagues and clients.

Close to the Royal Hospital Chelsea, home to Chelsea pensioners and the Chelsea Flower Show, as well as the Saatchi Gallery, home to a major collection of contemporary art in central London, The Coulson Townhouse is also in walking distance of South Kensington and London’s main museums there – The Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. Other major sights, such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and the Tower of London as well as many of London’s most elegant parks, are a short ride about by direct tube ride from Sloane Square station. If King’s Road itself cannot satisfy you for shopping, exclusive Knightsbridge shopping is in walking distance and High Street Kensington and elegant Regent Street are easily reached by tube. The Coulson Style Townhouse is located in Coulson Street, a short walk into the small town feel of real Chelsea, behind the glitz of King’s Road, Chelsea. Moments from King’s Road, Chelsea, the townhouse has been recently refurbished and London Lifestyle Apartments has added brand new furniture throughout the house, to add to the feeling of luxury. Very spacious at 118 square meters / 1240 square feet, the townhouse has a small, very private garden at the back which has outdoor furniture for relaxing during the day or evening. Large windows throughout make the townhouse bright whilst features such as an original, working fireplace in the Lounge (now a gas fire) make it very homely.
The Lounge features 2 brand new, large and luxurious sofas as well as a very comfortable armchair. These are set in front of the feature working fireplace with its gas powered fire and the SMART Flat Screen TV with Freeview channels. The Lounge is entered from the doorway, meaning that no space is lost to hallways on this level and making the lounge very spacious and comfortable for the 5 guests that can easily be accommodated here.
Up the staircase from the Lounge is the spacious and elegant Master Bedroom and its adjoining, very large Bathroom. The bedroom itself is bright during the day with two large windows but the heavy drapes very effectively keep it dark at night. The Master Bedroom overlooks Coulson Street but this is a quiet, residential street with very little traffic activity for central London. The other end of the bedroom from the brand new bed has large built-in wardrobes with ample hanging and shelf space for any length of stay.
The adjoining Bathroom to the Master Bedroom is particularly elegant and exceptionally spacious and includes a bathtub as well as a separate shower enclosure. The floor is tiled and there is a heated towel rail.
The newly added Third Bedroom has a Double bed and is located off the same staircase, close to the bathroom adjoining the Master Bedroom.
The Second Bedroom is one floor down, leading off from the Lounge and at the top of the staircase down to the kitchen. The large window overlooks the private garden and the Second Bedroom, whilst compact has ample built-in wardrobe space again and a brand new bed.
The Second Bathroom shows some of the character of the house, being tucked away one floor down off the kitchen and dining area. It has a shower enclosure and is just a short walk from the second bedroom. Curiously, the Bosch washing machine and Bosch dryer are also located in a cupboard here.
The kitchen is quite newly fitted and well laid out in the ample space on the Lower Ground Floor with the dining area adjacent. The kitchen is very well equipped with a 5 –ring gas hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is also provided with an excellent supply of saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware – basically everything that you need for a wonderful London stay with the independence that a serviced apartment gives you.
Moments away from your apartment, on the corner of Markham Square is an excellent patisserie and coffee shop, great for breakfast or as somewhere to unwind after a long days sightseeing or shopping. Just back across the road from that is what is reportedly the best Ice Cream shop in London, which also serves crepes, waffles and more and you will find a number of excellent supermarkets – Marks and Spencer Foodhall and Waitrose – within 3 minutes’ walk of your apartment. Patridge’s up-market deli and grocery with a weekly market is one minute away in the other direction up King’s Road, Chelsea. Many restaurant choices are a short walk from the apartment with even more selection just a short walk away in South Kensington.
